Welcome to the first ever daily blog from an Arkansas legislator. I plan to use this space to keep my constituents (and others) informed as to the goings-on in the northern end of the Arkansas capitol. We have lots on the horizon in this recently-embarked session, including a new governor, an $843 million revenue surplus, and a supreme court mandate to continue working towards the implementation of an "adequate" public education.
