State flags flying at half-staff today

in honor of Sgt. Freeman L. Gardner, Jr., 26, of Little Rock. Gardner was killed on March 22 of wounds suffered when an improvised explosive device detonated near his unit while on combat patrol in Baghdad. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends, and fellow soldiers.
