Ginger Beebe makes stop in Texarkana

I just returned from First Lady Ginger Beebe's conference in Texarkana. This was the 10th stop on her statewide tour to address children’s mental health issues. 500,000 Arkansans experience some form of mental illness, and she has taken up the cause in an effort to increase awareness and understanding of the impact of mental illness on families.
