Thursday's U.S. Supreme Court ruling

The Associated Press reports that yesterday's Supreme Court ruling that struck down school integration plans in Kentucky and Seattle will probably change the way the Little Rock, North Little Rock and Pulaski County school districts assign students once the Pulaski County district is declared unitary.
