House to convene to approve House Rules

The entire membership of the Arkansas House will caucus on October 18th to approve proposed rule clarifications and changes to the House Rules of the 86th General Assembly for printing. Here are the proposed Rules, which were adopted unanimously by the House Rules Committee last week.
