Pulaski/Perry County politics

William "Gregg" Almand announced his intentions this morning to challenge incumbent Collins Kilgore for Circuit Judge of the Thirteenth Division of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial District (Pulaski and Perry Counties). The district boasts 371,683 residents, a little over half the size of a congressional district.
