Arkansas flags at half-staff today

The Arkansas flag in front of the Arkansas Supreme Court flies at half staff this morning in honor of fallen Arkansan Kevin Bewley. A Russellville native, Bewley was a naval officer serving in the elite Explosive Ordinance Disposal (EOD) when he was killed last week in Iraq.
