Filing period opens today -- Update

Candidate filing will begin for the over 200 open state, district, and nonpartisan judicial offices in the second floor rotunda of the Arkansas Capitol at noon today. Secretary of State Charlie Daniels will host a ceremony shortly before noon to kick-off the filing period. Partisan candidates for county, municipal, and township offices file with their county clerk during this period.
