Senate passes severance tax bill 32-3

The three nays were Senator Denny Altes (R-Fort Smith), Senator Johnson (D-Bigelow), and Senator Ed Wilkinson (D-Greenwood). In order to get a bill to the governor's desk, one of the chambers will have to pass the other's bill. Here's the Senate map: Green is for the bill (32), Red against (3).
