Halters are expecting

Today, Bill and Shanti Halter announce that they are expecting their second child. The Halters have an 18-month-old daughter. The baby is due in mid-November. Arkansas voters elected Bill Halter to a four-year term as Lieutenant Governor in November 2006, shortly after Lauren Renee's birth. Here's the Associated Press article.
