Veterans' forum with Senator Lincoln

Sen. Lincoln made a stop in Texarkana yesterday as part of her statewide "Veterans and Citizen Soldiers" Tour. She touted Sen. Webb's 21st Century GI Bill and fielded questions on an array of issues such as "Categaory 8" veterans who aren't served by the VA, PTSD, and Medicare coverage at VA facilities in addition to some local issues associated with our VA clinic.
