Suit filed to keep lottery off November ballot

The Arkansas Family Council filed an action with the Arkansas Supreme Court this morning to remove the lottery from the ballot. The thrust of the argument seems to be the lack of a definition of "lottery" and that the proposal leaves it up to us legislators to work out the details of the lottery and the scholarships it would fund.
