Governor to make major economic development announcement -- UPDATE

It'll take place at 10:30 on Monday in the Governor's conference room at the Capitol.

Update: Caterpillar Inc. will open a road grader plant in North Little Rock, where it will invest $140 million in its factory and hire 600 workers.
