Update on highway stimulus funds

This afternoon, Governor Beebe signed the final certification required by the U.S. Dept. of Transportation stating that Arkansas will use stimulus money to supplement, rather than replace, highway funding. Last Friday, the Arkansas Highway Transportation Department gave final approval for American Recovery and Reinvestment Act projects. Read more about that meeting here.
