Souter to retire

In his 102nd day in office, President Obama gets word that he'll have an opportunity to replace a member of the nation's highest court. Associate Justice David Souter is retiring after 18 years on the U.S. Supreme Court. Souter was an appointee of President George H.W. Bush.
