Central Arkansas Triathlon -- UPDATE

I'm leaving Little Rock and headed up to Beaverfork Lake just north of Conway to take part in the Central Arkansas Triathlon there this morning. We'll swim Beaverfork and take the bike route through Wooster and back before running a route towards Conway then back around the lake to the finish.

Update: Good race. About 350 took part in this one. Took an elbow or a foot or something to the eye at the first turn buoy in the swim, which knocked off my goggles and made me swallow a breathful of lake water, but that's part of it. Averaged 20.6 mph on the bike and a 7:22 pace on the run. The overall female winner passed me at the 1.5 mile mark on the run.
