Cutting the ribbon on the new UofA campus in Texarkana

We cut the ribbon on the new UofA campus yesterday, where the school ended the 11th day of classes (census day) with an enrollment of 285, smashing the goal of 100 for the first semester of classes. I was proud to author legislation to construct the campus in the 2011 legislative session.
