Arkansas Revenue Report for February, 2007

Collections of net available general revenues fiscal year-to-date of approximately $3,202.9 million increased by $197.6 million in February. That is $12 million, or 5.7%, less than a year ago. It is also $12.1 million, or 5.8%, below forecast.

Gross receipts collections for February, which include sales/use taxes, totaled $164.8 million, which is an increase of 1.7% from February, 2006 (but came in about 1.2 %, or $2 million, below forecast). Individual income taxcollections are up 7.4% and corporate income tax collections are 7.4% below forecast.
