Transportation: SB227 by Sen. Hank Wilkins, IV (D-Pine Bluff): Making seatbelt law a primary offense.
Revenue & Tax: HB1697 by Rep. Betty Pickett (D-Conway): To permit surfaceowners to acquire dormant severed mineral rights.
Judiciary: HB1624 by Rep. David Johnson (D-Little Rock): To enhance the penalties for violating HVACR licensing board rules or statutes and to require that licensees carry GL insurance.
