Legislative update programs

Here's my PowerPoint Presentation to the Texarkana Bar Association from last week's program (must have Microsoft PowerPoint to view). I'll also add it to the "Resources" over on the right.

Tonight's legislative update will include a panel of lawyer-legislators at the William R. Overton Inn of Court at the Little Rock Club. I'll join David Johnson, Mark Pate, Michael Lamoureux, Will Bond, Earnest Brown, and Robbie Wills on the panel. The Inn of Court is made up of lawyers, judges, professors and students and is designed to improve the skills, professionalism and ethics of the bench and bar. I'm a former member of this group from my law practicing days in Little Rock. It ought to be a good program.
