get a haircut. Barbers keep their finger on the pulse better than anyone. If you upset your barber, it's over -- they talk to everyone every two or three weeks. I remember in 2001 (or was it 2003?) when the expansion of the sales tax base was being considered to include beauty/barber services. It didn't happen, but no one in Arkansas got a haircut without hearing about the lowdown legislature that was raising taxes.
Yesterday, the topics de jour were the goings-on on the Hill (and the Masters). No mention of Frank. The only legislative issues raised were the pair of failed payday lender bills.
