No 'special projects manager' for the Senate -- Updated

I forgot to add an entry on the blog about the happenings on the Senate end of the Capitol yesterday regarding the possibility of bringing Bruce Campbell on board to serve as a sort of legislative liaison between the Senate and local governments and fire departments, etc. I actually didn't even know what all had transpired until last night.
