We took up the "not" wording in Act 441 of 2007, which has been discussed before on the blog. Concerns have been made that the Code Revision Commission, which can only make technical corrections to Acts and can't change the substance or meaning of any law, went too far in correcting the legislation.

This hit the AP wire this morning and has gone national.
