City receives block grant funds

The City of Texarkana, Arkansas has received $263,135.00 in program income that was generated from the use of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds. The public is invited to attend two public hearings to discuss budgeting of expenditures of these funds:

• Monday, August 6, 2007, at 7:00 p.m. (Arkansas City Hall)
• Wednesday, August 15, 2007, at 6:00 p.m. (AHEC)
