Outstanding Legislator 2007

I'm honored to be named today as the Oustanding Legislator for 2007 by the Arkansas Circuit Clerks Association. All of the circuit clerks were great to work with during the 86th General Assembly, and I want to thank Pat O'brien for his leadership with the Uniform Real Property Electronic Recording Act.
