Overview of financial disclosure

Although not Arkansas, here's an interesting read in today's Baton Rouge Advocate about the current state of financial disclosure in Louisiana and surrounding states. Arkansas is mentioned as a state where elected officials, even those not receiving pay, are required to file disclosures.
