Ash Grove Cement groundbreaking

The groundbreaking for the largest plant expansion in the 120-year history of the Ash Grove Cement Corp took place this afternoon west of Foreman. This was major news for Little River County. The $250M+ expansion will bring in 600 construction jobs for the expansion and will increase capacity by 70%. Lots of miles this week, and my odometer hit 139,000 just outside of town.
