Connect Arkansas Broadband Act (Act 604)

Act 604 of 2007 created Connect Arkansas, a non-profit organization designed to promote broadband deployment in Arkansas. A few rankings:

Arkansas ranks 49th among states in online populations;
Arkansas ranks 47th in deployment of broadband telecommunications;
Arkansas ranks 23rd in deployment of Information Technology in public schools.
