Governor appoints Abshure as Commissioner of the Arkansas Securities Department

Governor Beebe appointed Heath Abshure of Little Rock today as Commissioner of the Arkansas Securities Department. Abshure has been an attorney with Williams & Anderson in Little Rock since 2002. He replaces Huckabee-appointee Michael Johnson, who has served in that position since 2001. Here's the governor's news release.
