Intervenors appeal PSC ruling

The Intervenors made it official today by filing a Notice of Appeal with the Arkansas Court of Appeals regarding the Public Service Commission's ruling to grant SWEPCO a Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need for construction of a 600MW power plant in Hempstead County.
