Texarkana No. 2 on Forbes list of fastest growing metros

Texarkana's population is only expected to increase by 2.84% by 2012, but our economic output ranks second on the Forbes list of America's fastest growing small metros -- only behind Mobile, Alabama. We're expected to show a 28.57% increase in our gross metropolitan product, which is the value of all goods and services produced in a particular geographic area.
