39th prepares for deployment

The 39th IBCT is still preparing for deployment at Camp Shelby, Mississippi. They've been working seven days a week since January 3 (except for a recent four day pass). Their sendoff ceremony is Thursday. Here's a picture of the 39th, including our own Rep. Jeff Wood (D-Sherwood), showing off a donated truckload of girl scout cookies (click for larger version):
