Gazette takes spelling bee crown with pronunciamento

I was the judge at last night's 14th Annual Literacy Council Spelling Bee. Sixteen teams competed, and the Texarkana Gazette team came out on top. Here I am with the other two judges: Texarkana, Arkansas Mayor Horace Shipp and Texarkana Public Library Director Alice Coleman.
