Governor heading to Arizona

After addressing the Arkansas Economic Development Foundation Luncheon today, the governor will be leaving for Arizona for a well-deserved vacation. Lt. Governor Bill Halter will serve as acting governor in his absence until Beebe returns on the 20th.
