House convenes

I'm on my way to Little Rock for the rule change at the Capitol (click here for HR1032 -- see changes beginning on p.2, line 16). I'll check in from the floor of the House chamber later this morning.

Update (10:10 a.m.): The House is in recess while the resolution is debated in House Rules.

Update (10:25 a.m.): The resolution passed without objection from the committee. Rep. Sharon Dobbins spoke against the resolution. We'll convene back in the House at 10:30 a.m.

Update (10:30 a.m.): The resolution was adopted by a vote of 86-1. It required 67 votes to pass. Rep. Dobbins spoke against and voted against the resolution. The House stands adjourned. The Litigation Oversight Committee of Legislative Council will meet at 1:30 p.m.
