Halter news conference tomorrow -- UPDATE

Lt. Gov. Halter will hold a news conference tomorrow at 10:00 a.m. in the Capitol rotunda to make an announcement about the proposed Scholarship Lottery Amendment.

Update (Tuesday): Former University of Arkansas Chancellor John White announced his endorsement of the state lottery this morning. In addition, Jim Walton contributed $75,000 to the group opposing the lottery proposal.
