Oral arguments take place in lottery challenge

The Arkansas Supreme Court heard oral arguments this morning on the lawsuit filed by the Family Council, which seeks to knock the proposed Scholarship Lottery Amendment off the November ballot. The basis of the suit is centered around the argument that the proposal doesn't adequately define "lottery." The court will make a ruling in the coming days. Early voting begins a week from today.
