Dobbins files action to get on the ballot

Former state rep. Dwayne Dobbins filed suit in Pulaski County Circuit Court yesterday seeking to be added to the November ballot. Friday's filing was 10 days prior to the beginning of the early voting period, and all ballots have been printed.
