Triple duty

Posting will be light today -- I'm in court in the Eastern District of Texas this morning, then again in Shreveport this afternoon. I'll be back this evening to meet with some clients in from Atlanta in preparation of a mediation tomorrow, but I'm hopeful that I'll be in front of a tv by 8:05 tonight to watch the Hogs take on No. 7 Texas (ESPN2).
