Fire Safety Appreciation

Here I am being presented a plaque from the Texarkana Arkansas Fire Department for sponsoring the legislation implementing fire safe cigarettes in Arkansas. Pictured with me are Fire Chief Bobby Honea, Fire Marshal Stephen Johnson, Mayor Horace Shipp, and City Manager Harold Boldt.
