Sunday morning in Boston

I'm staying adjacent to the Boston Convention Center (in the forefront) here at the annual meeting of the National Conference of State Legislatures. I just ran into Sen. Argue downstairs, and we'll be attending a program on prisoner re-entry and health there at the center as the Arkansas participants in 45 minutes. I'll also be presiding over the panel on legislative interactive technologies at 1:00 p.m. today. As posted below, I'll discuss blogging and communication with the public in today’s evolving digital world. I'll also address the ups and downs of legislative and political blogging, and how these interactive technologies have helped to educate citizens and helped them participate in the legislative process. I'm going to try to live blog the event.
