Tomorrow's Swepco hearing before the PSC is mostly continued

Opening statements will be made tomorrow, but the bulk of the testimony will be heard on August 20th. PSC member Sandra Hochstetter announced yesterday that she will resign from the commission and recuse from this case. Governor Beebe immediately appointed Ret.
