Tour of the proposed SWEPCO power plant site

I'm just returning from a tour of the proposed SWEPCO coal-fired plant site near Fulton in Hempstead County. In addition to the actual site, members of the Arkansas Public Service Commission and other state and local officials toured the water intake site on Little River and the nearby wetlands, including Grassy Lake.
