Governor discusses the proposed initiated act re: foster families/adoptive parents

Governor Beebe distinguished the proposed prohibition of unmarried cohabiting couples acting as foster families from those seeking to become adoptive parents this morning. He indicated that the proposal as it pertains to adoptions may go too far, but he stopped short of saying he opposes the measure. Here's the Associated Press story.
