Missouri AG files suit against scalpers

Arkansas Attorney General Dustin McDaniel isn't the only AG investigating the sale of Hannah Montana tickets. Missouri Attorney General Jay Nixon has sued three brokers for allegedly scalping tickets to the upcoming Hannah Montana concerts in that state. I couldn't help but notice the ironic ads on the page at the link from internet vendors selling Hannah Montana tickets.

The 86th Arkansas General Assembly considered two bills designed to modify the Arkansas scalping law, neither of which passed. HB1621 did make it out of committee but only received 37 votes on the floor of the House.
