Arkansas 45, Mississippi State 31

It was nice to see some downfield passing yesterday. The touchdowns to Marcus Monk and Robert Johnson (both of them) were thrown perfectly. Looks like the win will send us to Shreveport or Memphis, assuming we're not able to beat #1 LSU in Death Valley on Friday. When looking at the SEC tie-in bowls, it looks as though the Cotton may have to take a 7-5 team from the SEC, and it might as well be us.

IF LSU wins out, they'll be in the BCS title game, and Tennessee/Georgia will take the two Florida bowls assuming Georgia doesn't also get into the BCS. That would put Florida in the Peach Bowl, leaving only Auburn with more than 7 wins, assuming Auburn beats Alabama next weekend in the Iron Bowl. Auburn played in the Cotton last year and didn't take many fans. We'd be in a 7-5 logjam alongside Alabama (only if they beat Auburn), South Carolina (only if they beat Clemson), Kentucky (assuming they lose in Knoxville next weekend), and Mississippi State (with an Egg Bowl win on Thursday against Ole Miss). McFadden may be the deciding factor -- hope he has a monster game against #1 LSU on national television on Friday. Here are a couple of game pictures: one from the 3rd quarter and one of Camille calling the Hogs at her first Razorback game:
