Biden, Giuliani pay filing fees in Arkansas today

The two-week presidential filing period ends Monday with the Arkansas Secretary of State, and two more candidates have paid filing fees to get on the Arkansas ballot for the February 5 primary. Republican Rudy Giuliani paid a $15,000 filing fee to the Arkansas GOP and filed the necessary documents.
