Ark. Supreme Court reverses dismissal challenging Senate election results

This morning, the Arkansas Supreme Court reversed and remanded a circuit judge's dismissal of former Rep. Arnell Willis' Complaint challenging the results of a 2006 Democratic primary in eastern Arkansas. Justice Robert L. Brown wrote the opinion, and Justice Tom Glaze wrote a concurring opinion.
