Power plant debate heating up in southwest Arkansas

Lots of people read yesterday afternoon's Hope Star with interest trying to read into Governor Beebe's statement regarding his philosophy to "err on the side of the environment." Here's a new advertisement funded by Texarkana-based Friends United for a Safe Environment (FUSE) that is running on selected radio stations in Texarkana. I'll be interested to see how this ad resonates with listeners since it seems as though 99% of the people in this area are in favor of the plant.
