Scholarship Lottery announcement -- Updated

Lieutenant Governor Bill Halter is scheduled to make an announcement on the proposed Scholarship Lottery Amendment at 11:00 a.m. this morning from the Old Supreme Court room in the Capitol. I'll post a link to the Associated Press story here once it is posted.
